Shelby County Busted Mugshots does not host a jail roster, booking photograph, mugshot gallery, arrest record, or court record. It points to the offices and locators that may hold or publish those materials. To confirm custody or obtain a record or photo, make the request to the Sheriff’s Office, the relevant municipal department, IDOC, a federal custodian, the Circuit Clerk, or another issuing office.
A booking or arrest entry is an accusation, not a conviction. The person named is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court. A photo or story should not be treated as the final court disposition.
